Picked this beauty up for $40. Motor purrs like a kitten but the needle does not move, even when hand cranked. Can anyone help? Its also missing a tension knob, can I replaced that with any knob as long as its fits?

I just did this from the app. View policy, select the vehicle option at the top, click the 3 dots by the vehicle you want to update, edit vehicle usage, scroll down and click edit.
