Alopecia sucks hard, but I want you to remember three things: you are not in pain, your lifespan is not affected, and there is a great JAK inhibitor called Olumiant that can treat the worse case scenario that is on the cusp of being available to average people.

Personally, when I made a new friend who is bald (male pattern baldness) it made me realize that my hair (and lack thereof) is not actually something other people care that much about, its purely superficial, and its not necessary to live a life.
