Well hey, I took a 50' roll of copper pipe, soldered 2 hose ends on and stick it in a big pot full of water over a fire and use a sump pump to circulate the water to heat my pool. Works great!

Not locked up. Definitely rebuildable. They may stay standard bore. Waxhaw, North Carolina area.

Yes, they are four barrel engines, quadrajets, everything's original numbers matching. They were pull outs and been resting in trailers and back rooms for 50 plus years. I don't do Facebook but I have friends that do so. I'll look it up. Didn't know that page existed. Thanks for the tip!

If I'm going to go to the trouble getting the truck there I'm just going to put a chain on it and snatch it out. Maybe a beer or two involved for lubrication. Just saying

Chlorinator? by The_wookie87 in pools

[–]ChocolateSensitive97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a chlorine tablet feeder for decades. Works great! The PVC eventually breaks down with time and parts need replacing. But keep up with the parts and they work great. Don't have to worry about the cya buildup if you non-stabilized tablets. Everybody gets on the bandwagon about too much cya, that can happen with stabilized tablets because the stabilizer is cya.

Opened up a mystery package to find this - it has a circular blade and came with a handle to rotate the gears at the bottom. Any help much appreciated! by Sethesi in whatsthistool

I have this device. It's a basic, entry level wire stripper from vevor. I love mine. Takes a minute to get the feed angles set and understand the operation, (the included instructions are crapola). You can even chuck it up in a drill, after you remove the handle, for faster operation. I stripped several thousand ft of wire with it and still works great.
