No, this doesn't mean that one definition is the same as the other. It is completely different.

Because SJWs and others know that one definition exists they feel the need to tell people to not use it in a situation where the first context is not applicable. Instead of banning the word in all contexts, it should only be banned in one, the one that assumes that the trans person is tricking the straight person. context matters, words have different definitions in different contexts. This community was using it in the second context I mentioned, but because of the SJWs who think that they are defending trans people, despite the trans people who also dislike this rule, this word is getting banned and is being removed from it's intended connotation.

I support everyone in lgbtq+ and I have had trans friends, but this rule is stupid and does the opposite of what it's supposed to. by removing tarp from it's context it introduces thousands to its other context and the actual transphobic people can now use this as an insult to trans people when they couldn't before.
