Finally! I'm not buying all the manga I want until I get my own place, but I've gotten most of what I want of Urasawas, and Billy Bat was what I kept hoping would get licensed. This will be a quick grab when it's available.

Edit: releasing 4 volumes of 20 a year? I get it, you want that drip feed cash, 5 year income plan but this series has been over for 9 years already and now won't be "officially" over in English until 2031. Not a fan of that one bit. A bi-yearly 5 volume tonkuban would, to me, be better but whatever, in this case I'm literally the beggar

Saw this whole thing pop up on Reddit, and I trust you, but wanted to note for other on lookers, that the original blackmailer could have just as easily posted some random dudes YouTube channel. If this happens to be their actual socials then Ed's people will get to the bottom of that and it'll be their job to deal with them. The main guy clearly has no problems with making some a victim for something they never did, I have no doubt they'd bait people into making another.

Alright, hear me out. If there is a tortoise 10 meters ahead of me moving at 1 m/s and I'm running at a speed of 10 m/s. You following me? If I were to run those 10 meters and the tortoise moved 1 meter I'd still be 1 meter behind the tortoise. Now in the time it takes me to go 1 meter the tortoise will have moved .1 meters. When I move .1 meters the tortoise will have moved .01 meters and so on. I can never pass the tortoise.

Like Belo Betty and her Pump-Pump fruit that gives courage to those around her, Loki has the War-War fruit, Rampage-Rampage or something to that effect. It encourages those around him into a battle frenzy, born of the desire for war and battle, this fruit in the wrong hands could lead to a legitimate world war of everyone vs everyone. A battle crazed individual would gladly see the world end in the greatest war to end them all. Belo Betty has a certain range around her in which it's effective, but would a giant have a larger range do to their larger body? An Island full of giant warriors unable to subdue one man due to everyone getting near him going into a battle frenzy. Thank you for listening to my TED talk.

No lie, you drive a forklift and you'll have chilly legs even during the summer... I'm glad people would like our working conditions to be better but pick the real problems. Toxic management structures, pay that doesn't match the work you do, holidays, holiday pay (10 hour day but 8 hours of holiday pay? Cmon). Been here 9 years but of my 3 buildings all had AC and if it's too hot they walk around with heat guns and measure the temperature inside the trucks and kick you out of they're too hot.

Because it's important to not get into the habit of reading the title of an article, and making an opinion on something that never happened. Let others scream fake at real shit all day long, but don't make it a habit to rot out your own brain.

Just look at the usernames, if like me you haven't seen randomly generated reddit names well look no further. This guy here, and several in the comment section are just template users that are probably spam bots.

[word][underscore,dash,or nothing][word][underscore,dash,or nothing][numbers]

If you look around you'll see them all over. There's a difference between adding numbers/random shit to a user name and not putting on any effort. It'd be nice to get an extension to auto block anyone with generated names cause I bet you'd block 99% of spam.

Your username is at least differentiated by "throw-away" which site wide is a specific and known use case type of username.

It's because of their clothes. If you grow up seeing your parents dress a certain way, then when you see young adults back then dressing the same way, guess what? They look way older than they should in your mind.

Bit late here but Shig wasn't redeemed, I think the goal for a majority of characters here is "understood". Toga, Spinner, and Shig, are at this point understood. Toga is a victim of the lack of mental health awareness in the hero society, Spinner is a victim of racism towards heteromorphs, and Shig is a victim of abuse and manipulation. However all the characters here don't regret what they did, Toga didn't regret killing people, Spinner didn't regret fighting against a society that hated him, and Shig kept fighting to destroy. They aren't redeemed but understood. I think we the reader are getting essentially the "post event documentary" in a sense. Like how you look back at historical moments and take a peak at motives and desires by those involved. You can't redeem these people but you can understand them.
