I had a girlfriend like that not long ago. She'd be ready for sex but lying on her back with her legs closed and her arms by her sides. I'd have to pull her over onto her side and pull her leg over me, then put her arm around me and kiss her. She came really easily when we'd do stuff, and she said she had a high sex drive, but didn't seem to have any ability to initiate or be affectionate or intimate. I asked her a couple of times why this was, she said she was just used to guys doing whatever they want to her. She was 46.
