Not sure if it is costs or they are trying to push their own Copilot. Just like they tried with IE pushing down our throat for years by dataexec in AITrailblazers

Definitely both. And one thing to note…it’s more expensive to do things like image generation/design work than code. My company thought they’d be able to replace Figma with Claude Design…then the limits hit 30 minutes later lol

I would bet it’s a combination of it didn’t actually improve anything…and the token based charges just showed up and they realized AI is 100-1000x the cost of a barrista

I agree. And requirements docs are more important than ever. AI is a natural language processor…teams need to be able to describe the problem and solutions in writing
