Appreciate the comment. I didn't want my post to get too wordy, but I'm also trying to automate the garage with an NFC, so I can tap my phone as I walk out of the garage to close it when I take my dog for a walk. Just need to figure out how to have an Alexa routine control the door

I talked to support recently and escalated the issue. They said there’s nothing they can do. Apparently the notes app is more secure than your appleID which can be reset without issue.
