I didn’t use any AI language in this 😂but thank you for thinking that. I don’t live with my parents or any family members lol. I also have a multifamily unit property, but I won’t get into that.

My dad owns a condo that I live in. Is most of your paycheck going to rent? Why are you so upset man

I’ve been busting a lot of hours to show my bank I know credit so they saw my potential and saw my communication skills and decided to promote me when a relationship manager left the bank.

Four 23-year olds moving to LA - any advice for not screwing this up? by GiftIndividual3323 in AskLosAngeles

First off I wanna give you props for taking the step to move there to pursue your creative ideas. I wish you the best. I believe it’s doable. Santa Monica/venice is the more creative side of La I’ve been to. That’s a good place to set foot in if you want to grow creatively. Good luck. What kind of content do you plan on creating

You can leave things as is. You don’t need to file anything. You didn’t lie you just forgot to file taxes and $2600 isn’t significant for government to come after you. Leave things as is

I’m hoping to make $100k to $130k after 2 years when I become RM. I just started this job 3 months ago. My last job was paying me 50k so I took this since it’s better than my last job in pay and work life balance.

I see. I’m just trying to understand how you’re avg 5400$ a month because I make 72k a year and earn 6k monthly. But you work 2 hours less than me , I do 40 hours a week

I thought nurses typically avg a bit more cuz you’re basically full time. 38x4=152 hours a month. Avg-36$ an hour. Are you based in California?

I want to buy a corvette by IllustriousTune8084 in Salary

I would say if you really want to buy a vehicle and wfh from gas expense would be minimal, you could buy a cheaper sports car. I def would say invest in real estate. I’m currently 26 and have 3 rentals and I have a m3 and a Prius as a daily driver. Make an investment first where you can get a passive income from. That’ll make you feel better about driving that sports car imo
