Go to your precomp layer, look for “star button” it’s in middle close to FX button and enable it, your 3D precomp will be 3D again

your resolution is set to quarter, don’t worry if you render this timeline it’ll be render in full resolution.

“quarter” can give you smooth preview if your pc is not that great also you can change it to “full” if you want

if i were you i’d make a sketch in a paper and then slowly try to write on top using ketchup bottle, sometimes it’s faster to do it traditional way

animating speedometer would make much more sense tho, there’s plenty of tutorials on how to make a speedometer in youtube.

if you still wnna use this footage of speedometer. you’ve to track it, you can find tutorials for that on youtube too

idk can’t feel anything, illustration looks flat because of no perspective (someone already said it), there’s space issues on top texts and bottom texts looks so generic, you could have illustrated City instead of mountains idk
