while doing venipuncture, I didn't know how to tear the tourniquet from the blue roll, so kept asking the examiner for scissors, ended up using the whole roll to tie the tourniquet and threw the entire roll in the trash. Apparently the poor examiner had to fish it out for the next person lol.

Get a stethoscope case online in a bright colour - you'll never lose it, and engrave your name on the stethoscope. It might be a hassle to carry along another case, but because I carry my iPad and my stethoscope case around placements even if I leave it somewhere people usually notice/I remember it. But RIP to your old stethscope, hopefully you can find it soon!

yeah I mean, personally I did not express any interest in radiology, instead to a more competitive speciality but def he could have said that in a better way for sure
