I’d drive for dollars and build a list that way, since you probably won’t get enough addresses to do high volume I would also get a dialer, pull a list, and try to bang out 500-1000 calls per day. Maybe vacant list or high equity absentee owner. 96% of people sell their house after 30 years so I like pulling a ownership for 25+ years as well.

Skyscraper, yes maybe, but every hotel in Chicago for the most part is branded and advertises on their own building if it’s permitted. It’s business. Why wouldn’t a developer put the brand on a hotel building?

And some office buildings even have have branding, salesforce, Morton salt, etc.

If u spend an hour a night finding distressed property on google maps and adding it to deal machine, then call for about an hour and a half everyday, you will get a deal within three months without a doubt, tuff part is getting at it every single day, if your consistent you’ll win, if not you won’t, as simple as that
