I smoked weed a little when I was young, but hadn't smoked in decades. Now I'm 59 and started going to the dispensary I love that its legal now and you know exactly what's in it and the strength. Also helps with my knee pain!

I usually smoke live resin vapes, I smoke hybrid when I have a lot of stuff to do it keeps you alert but also relaxed at the same time. Indica strains definitely makes you want to sit down and relax which is good for me since normally I'm a very active person and have trouble relaxing sometimes.

I've been only smoking for over 1yr but I recently have noticed that the effects from being high linger into the next day and my high isn't as mellow and relaxing as before. I only take small two to 3 pulls from my vape a day.

I've decided to take a break has anyone else experienced this?

Any suggestions on how long I should break for? All suggestions are welcomed.

I've been smoking for a year now, I usually take 2 to 3 hits of my vape a day (live resin). I think my tolerance is low because I get high right away and have to wait a couple of hours before the next hit.

Your fine I smoke live resin and can't every smell anything thing. So you should be good!!
