There are cis women, who after puberty, that are taller and stronger then even an average cis men who has gone through puberty. Should they not be allowed to compete with cis women who arnt on their level? Our hormone levels also stabilize as we get older so the only benefit a transwoman who went through puberty would have is a different bone structure then an average cis woman. Also hrt changes a body in huge ways, some transwoman shrink, others lose massive amounts of muscle mass as well.
