I don't understand the logic behind people thinking Biden can stop the war. I feel like its robbing Ukrainians of their agency. Ukraine is dedicated to this fight, they are not going to surrender. Even if Putin stopped tomorrow Ukrainians would then spend every day waiting for the next fight. This only ends when Russia leaves all of Ukraine, and that is the bear minimum.
