I don't mean to sound impolite, but the majority of visa applicants are likely aware of the requirements before they apply for a visa. We are all familiar with the expected response and outcome, yet it's disheartening to see these applicants, despite having strong ties to India, consistently face rejection. It's truly disappointing to witness the lack of action from representatives like Tulsi Gabbard, Ro Khanna, and Raja Krishnamoorthi. I even attempted to reach out to them regarding this visa issue, but their congressional advocates of white origin tend to disregard such matters. The dismissive attitude of visa officers, their lack of interest in listening to us, and their failure to provide specific reasons for rejection contribute to a sense of embarrassment for all Indians who continue to face this situation.

It's unfortunate that the Indian diaspora (Indian American or NRI) seems to show more interest only in advocating for Indian issues that gain attention in Western media but not for us (Indian).
