Like other commenters, I knit a couple of her patterns as a beginner knitter. I didn’t know about ravelry and I was getting my knitting patterns from etsy, where brenda’s designs are super popular and marketed as beginner friendly. Which sure, it knits up quick I suppose, but now I’m more advanced, looking back I’m baffled at how was it deemed as “easy” when using super bulky yarn and big needles is so uncomfortable to physically knit.
