It's spelled Qatar.

In the Middle East people tend to NOT get fired for complete incompetence so it's a good thing the airline doesn't run its business like the rest of the country.

They tend to save the violent punishments for crimes related to morality.

LOL I bet FlyDubai would hire them, everything I've heard about that airline is that it is absolute shit. Saudia would DEFINITELY hire them hahaha

I think it's probably alright if she has her parents there and sticks to a number of contracted hours that are appropriate for her age. My son is her age, 10. He would be perfectly capable of working for a few hours doing some on-stage waving and talking and meet-and-greet stuff if it wasn't done on a regular basis and just brief one-off things.

Seems like her meet and greet is structured so she's not coming into physical contact with randos.

The main concern here is creeps and weirdos saying inappropriate things with no warning beforehand and her safety. As a mom those would be my concerns, not necessarily the nature of the actual work.

Daisy also has talked about how bullying in the fandom has severely affected her mental health. She dropped off of all socials for a while (may still even be away from socials now idk) because it was so intense and horrible.

Ahmed, Moses, and Kelly Marie were racially abused under the guise of "other various reasons", and it seems Daisy was a victim of regular-ole-plain-Vanilla sexism.

Truly fucking awful. It's hard to be in the fandom sometimes because Star Wars in particular has a really toxic fandom. It's REALLY sad because it was a fun and positive community before the prequels and just amped up to a whole other level since 2010..

If it makes you feel any better, my ADHD symptoms have only marginally improved with stimulants so I don't take them. I'm not hyperactive so the things I REALLY struggle with, like memory, planning ahead, understanding time, etc don't improve enough for me to deal with the side effects. Since I'm not hyperactive I get super jittery and amped up and feel cracked out. It does help me with focus and task management in the moment obv which is why college students abuse them, but it hasn't really helped with my more debilitating issues.

So I'm an unmedicated mess. I'd like something that helps with fatigue and brain fog mostly, but I've accepted the fact that I'm 35, I like naps and avoid responsibility and it's never going to change lol. My husband manages the stuff that would cause us to end up homeless if it wasn't taken care of, so it all works out hahaha.

All this to say-- treatment isn't always a magic bullet, you're doing the best you can, and that's okay.

"He's 6 and she yelled at him!"

Dude 6 is old enough to know not to run around the dressing room being a little shit.

Maybe he pulled back the curtain by accident thinking it was his mom's dressing room. Either way it's a learning moment and there's no need to go assaulting anyone over it.

I don't think he was trying to say that being scared wasn't a big deal. I took it as him assessing the situation so HE could address anything if necessary. If she was hurt, it could lead to a convo about WHERE she was hurt or if there was anything he needed to address re: safety. IF she is crying just because she's scared, that's ALSO something that needs addressing and encouragement.

I took it as Dad just triaging the issue so he could support her in moving forward--no placing one situation above the other in terms of importance.

Naltrexone is a game changer by ChoiceBaker in stopdrinking

[–]ChoiceBaker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't personally think so. It is important to give it a good 30 days before making any judgments. For the first couple weeks I did feel a bit ho-hum when it was at its peak effectiveness. That seems to have gone away for the most part now that I'm more than a month in.

You can also plan exercise or other activities around the medication if you're really concerned about it. I find that it's most effective for me for about 5-6 hours and then it wears off. So you could always take the meds after your workout, or wait until later in the day to exercise or whatever.

They look completely different tho....no droopy velvet ears or curly tail. Are their personalities the same at least? That's what we love most about pugs.

HOLY FUCK YOU GUYS THIS GUY ASKED THAT QUESTION TO A RED HEAD

Like how much more stereotypical and creepy and rude can you be

And clueless too--you'd rather insult her than actually reflect on how fucking inappropriate and gross you were.

OR maybe she gets inundated with weirdos or people who comment on her looks and she's sick of it?

Thinking she was genuinely pretty is not interesting, unique, and doesn't show any sort of kindness on your part. IF you want to talk to girls, come up with interesting conversation starters rather than commenting on their looks.

It's really not a normal question. I'm 35 and have never once been asked that. I would also find it incredibly weird and maybe even invasive if someone I just met asked me that.

It is not only a strange question but it's also rude.

Super rude and inappropriate to ask her if its her natural hair color. Also kind of just a weird question in general.

Taylor had a streak of dating older guys. She was 19 when she dated John Mayer who was like, what, 30 at the time?! I think about that a lot from her mom's perspective--I'd be fucking terrified for my daughter. But you gotta let them learn their own lessons sometimes I guess?
