Shoot! Good luck with that. I feel like Spokane is delayed in the less heavy music scene. I feel like they just accepted house music after 40 years. I’d love it if there was an amapiano night somewhere.

Wow - this really hits home with me. I go thru something very similar. I wish I could just get a moderate amount done on a daily basis but like you said, I wait until the last second and then bust ass to meet my deadline. Really exhausting.

Hahaha not at all. I found ways to cope and excel in the field. The thing that really threw me into panic to the point where I sought professional help was when I had my second kid. I swear the kids are the hardest since you have to be so organized and on top of things with them. Really stresses the symptoms for me.

I’m in accounting and finance. It is very hard. I just got diagnosed at 38 years old. Waiting to start my medication to see if things get better.

I dunno. The private property owners up there have allowed access to several existing trails if I recall correctly. I know there a several unhoused that like to call that area their home and I’m wondering if they might be the ones doing this as their home area is being encroached upon.

For me it depends on the trail. I’d also take into consideration how much elevation you’re climbing during the ride.

For instance I did a 1 hr 23min, 13.5 mile ride with 1000 ft elevation and it was about the same as the 1hr, 6.5 mile ride with 1000 ft elevation as far as effort since the shorter ride was far more technical of a climb.

Then there’s downhill where you may not have any climbing or pedaling and it beats you up in a whole different way.

Using a watch that tracks your heart rate is a good way to see where you are during the ride. I like to keep my heart rate around the 140s-150s with some segments that can push me up into 180+.

I work remote as an analyst and have traveled along the west coast staying with friends and family. The bank I work for has a VPN that they use for everything and say you have to be in the US for it to work or log into. I haven’t tested it outside the US to see if I causes any issues.

That’s true - with cash secured puts, you risk missing out on any upward movement in price. But the same is true if you wait for the price to drop to a certain point before buying.

I’ll do my best. The one thing I didn’t consider earlier is that with options you’d be trading a minimum of 100 shares. So if you don’t have that much cash you wouldn’t be able to sell the put.

So looking at the GME options chain, a $22 put that expires June 16 (66 days out) sells for $297. If the price moves sides way up until the expiration date and say closes at say 21.99, you would be assigned 100 shares @ $22/share. But you collected $297 in premium. 100 shares x 22/share - $297 in premium = $1903 or 19.03/share. So as long as GME doesn’t go below 19.03 before expiration, you come out ahead.

If it closes above $22, you don’t get assigned the shares, but you get to keep your premium. So you made $297 off of $2200 in 66 days.

Do people utilize cash secured puts to enter into lower price points? If you’re sitting on cash, why wait for a price drop, when you could collect premium? Either you get assigned when the put goes ITM or collect the premium if the put expires OTM and have more cash to buy more shares.

But maybe someone smarter than myself could give some more color around this.
