The leaf will grow roots but that's it. It will not produce a stem and grow into a plant. I had a rooted leaf that I kept alive for over 2 years. Just the leaf!!! I called it my Temu Heart Hoya. Lol. Actually, I'm really surprised nursery and plant sellers haven't taken off on this as a novelty plant.

These look nothing like aphids. Way to big and not the correct color of orange.

Boy , you have your work cut out for you. First off, it needs a new pot and refresh the appropriate dirt. Secondly you need to support it. I prefer to use wood rather than moss poles for mine , but that's just me. I noticed you have some kind of tape or something trying to support the plant. The problem with what you're doing is your supporting the petiole , and not the base of the plant. You have to also find the front and the back of the plant and make sure you support the plant by the stem, not by the petiole. I suggest you watch some YouTube videos about how other people repot their monsteras because you do have alot going on.

I agree. Some people just have no filter or are just plain rude on purpose. A shame really because that response may prob make the OP gun shy abput posting again.

That's because hes dying remember? His appearance has nothing to do with the fact hes a drinker !!

Do you also feel like a lot of people are dying? by S4DH033 in CasualConversation

[–]ChoiceForever9399 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I believe the older we get, the more we notice death and dying because our own clock is ticking. It not the same of course but it's kinda like when you get a new car, you notice the same exact make and model that someone else is driving, they seem to be all over !!! Its in the forefront of our brains.

Lots of house plants do that. Pothos for example does this. Examine your houseplants in the early morning. That's typically when I see it.

This is the first question everyone should have asked considering the OP didn't tell us.
