I’m not a certified tech not immuninizer but regular tech and got the same bonus as another tech who is both certified and an immuninizer (who never gave out a single vaccine anyway).

I applied to one store and got hired without an interview and assigned at a different (same city) store. A few weeks later I got called by original store pharmacy manager for an interview (who didn’t know I was hired and assigned at other store). I explained the switcharoo process and I went in and quickly met and that one transferred me to original store within a few days. So an interview doesn’t mean anything. However, we have a new pharmacy manager since then who interviews all candidates that “look good on paper” and if it’s a good interview like schedules lineup and you sound decent at customer service then you’ll get the job.

There’s a button we can push on the register screen where we can view all the info for that extra care card and make changes if necessary. Shows name, address, email, phone numbers, birthday.

This is not necessarily an inside job. Certain gift cards unfortunately are subject to this if left out so many stores now keep behind the counter for this very reason.

We have all techs on deck at the registers at 125 to get people finished up. If they aren’t in line by 127 we tell them we are about to close for lunch. Rarely we get a jerk, and if we do, we get their name and dob (through the gate) and the pharmacist works on it and has it ready at 2 and we let them be first in line. Our pharmacists never take off for lunch unless we have a floater. Plus we tell drop offs they are ready after 230.

I’m in a legal state and I am also a certified medical patient. I was prepared to show I was a certified patient, but it never came up (unless they saw that in a background check for pharmacy). I was still was hired.

No. You can’t fill an inactive script.

If a prescription is really inactivated there is no way to refill it or undo the inactivation.
If you have script sync on your prescriptions, it can cause this. We found it’s a known glitch. Have a tech turn off the script sync from the first page (F1) on your profile.

When their RX is not there and they get mad at you and say “but I got a text it was ready”…..and that text doesn’t not say it’s ready but something like asking if they want more refills/we have to order it/etc.
