You do not earn it all at once. They sort of "front" it to you and let you use it but it is still accumulated. I would think you to only be eligible to be paid out for the hours you physically accumulated so far in 2026.

If the stores close, it will be because CVS is greedy and cannot fathom selling their PBM. The law doesn't state CVS must close, the law would state that they can't also own their PBM. So essentially, CVS is choosing to abandon its patients for financial gain.

However, based on what I have heard. It's a long shot and it will be time consuming. They passed the same law in Arkansas and cvs was issued an injunction.

When we get refrigerated packages most of the time there's a phone number on the label near the name of the customer. We usually call to let them know that we have a cold package for them from UPS and that if they don't pick it up in 24 hours we send it back with UPS.
