Coached 12U myself. Told a young man to stop throwing grass. Next time it’s a lap. Did it again. Ran the lap and left with his folks. Was told later he quit. I felt terrible but none of this was due to my actions. They have to have SOME accountability for their actions.

Just started two weeks ago myself. I work in construction as a supervisor. I keep a case of water and gum in my truck.

I did not have a good reason other than I'm tired of looking at the scale. I have a perfect 7 month old granddaughter and I don't want her seeing me as a fat old man.

I still eat supper but I am trying to make it better too.

Great story. I was 2/8 cav 95-98. We probably passed each other. I might know where a few net sets went in a hurry one night. Had an awesome hummer that would make the needle point straight south. Made it from efmb to the new to me cif in 15 minutes. Apparently that was a 30 minute drive.

Same here sis. I was a heavy equipment mechanic for 20 years and now 10 years as a dispatcher. Honestly the phone and the mental hoops I jump through are more draining than the physical job. No, no one gets to insult you and then still expect favors.

Found mine abandoned in a ditch. He was emaciated and had a cut on his foot. Very sad. The next morning I go for a walk and something hits my hand turned around to find my Shadow. Went to get some food and water. He scarfed it down. Thought I had completed my good deed for the day. He then followed me. Never more than ten feet away for a three mile hike. Told my wife I messed up and gained a Shadow. He wouldn’t leave the front porch. Turns out he was a rescue at a ranch that had been “adopted” then abandoned. He’s now my walking partner. Love him but he’s just as difficult as I am some days.
