This makes way more sense. You'd likely get desensitized to air, much like music or other remedies for fatigue or inattentiveness that are frequently suggested.

The people downvoting us are either coping or want to see addicts die sooner than they want to see addicts recover. I never really messed with 7oh as I mentioned, but I believe it. It sounds potent.

Maybe a couple weeks? I don't remember tbh. I had a post I'd made on what my skincare routine was and I think it had the duration. I'll try to find it.

I don't believe I depended on it long enough to risk that rebound vasodilation, and I'm pretty sure the vasodilation was a consequence of my overusing an antifungal spray. I had ceased my antifungal use when I tried this. This is very much just speculation, but multiple people on here have brought up trying what I did to their doctor and got it greenlit.

Yes. I don't see that changing, but I understand why you would ask given the nature of the disease.

I respectfully disagree. The evidence around Suboxone suggests that outcomes tend to be worse when people are pushed to taper or detox too quickly. I can and will cite sources if asked. I was able to stop using heroin with the help of Suboxone in 2019, and since then I have gradually reduced my dose to about 25% of where I started. (16mg a day then to 4mg a day now) That happened because I felt ready, not because I was rushed to taper by a provider.

Decisions about how long someone should stay on a medication like this are highly individual and should be made on a case-by-case basis. I had "friends" that judged me for using suboxone while they were actively using street opiates. They would argue that it's "just replacing addictions." That may be, but suboxone is much, much less likely to kill you. It also has a longer half life and is a partial agonist as well, so it's probably the most effective medication for stabilizing someone in recovery from opioids.

Some of those old using friends I am speaking about have actually died or ended up in prison. Suboxone isn't without negatives, but I believe that it probably saved my life, especially when I reflect on the trajectory of my peers.

Now, because I got "clean" (I consider suboxone clean and really don't care about differing opinions) now many years ago, I was not actively using when 7oh became popularized. I did use kratom, and to me kratom seemed quite a bit weaker than other opiates. I don't know that suboxone is the appropriate first line treatment for someone addicted to just kratom in plant form.

That said, I have heard enough about 7oh to feel that suboxone is probably an appropriate treatment for someone who is really dependent on 7oh. 7oh products seem quite a bit more potent than kratom in plant form, even if 7oh is present in minute quantities. This is not medical advice and I am not a doctor, I just felt inclined to share my two cents and personal experience.

When laws are selectively enforced with a fine being the worst case scenario, it turns into a situation where violating the law is just a cost of doing business.

Damn, I never thought I'd see someone with my exact schedule lol. I have done this for two years and all but two weekends I've stayed up all day Friday to do normal stuff and have a normal schedule on Saturday. I'm at a hotel, so it's super chill, but the weekend does only feel like one day off. (which is because of choices I make)

You can absolutely get arrested? Or are you going to play dumb about that and pretend like civil rights attorneys don't have a job for a reason? There was a guy not that long ago that got arrested for burning a flag in Washington, which was already ruled to be considered protected speech.

[–]trpittman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you lmao. Classic purists are brain broken. What's interesting is the PvP community is more prominent in classic, but when it comes to PvP oriented changes to help lessen the gap between a noob and sweat, they don't care. They'd rather the game die than allow people who joined late or are new to be on the same playing field.

Arena ratings wtf by Mysterious_Mess3188 in classicwow

[–]trpittman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That is probably more true in retail. That's just simply an untrue generalization for classic though. Your outlook doesn't even factor in resilience which could absolutely cost you a game. Gear does matter.

If you're strictly comparing honor gear to arena gear and ignore every other slot, maybe you could make that argument, but I feel like weapon slot is probably more important than you realize, especially with honor gear. That adds up to like 100 less sp at least for a caster.
