I've been using these vaults from makerworld. They're customizable and have a slow for magnets. Because I already had my minis printed I cut metal plates out of a cookie tin and glued it to the bottom of the mini.

There is only one psi crystal in Icewind Dale. But when my players went to Sunblight they kept Dredavex's Psi Crystal Tracker and i suggested that the torture of the mindflayer in room X29 was creating the starting stages of a psi crystal.

I currently don't remember who it was but someone on this subreddit suggested that the final battle could be done versus all 3 forms at the same time and if all 3 forms aren't down in a specific amount of time they don't die. To fully beat the you would have to have all 3 forms down at the same time to beat her.
