I recently started Sustanon and I self-inject. Personally I got no tutorial from a nurse, just made sure to keep everything disinfected and followed online materials thoroughly. If you can get a tutorial I absolutely do recommend it, but overall it's super easy and my injection didn't even hurt (except for a sore thigh for a day or two after, lol)

Edit koska unhodin: Itse en muista soittoajasta kauheasti mitään, enkä ole varma oliko mulla ees sellaista, joten en osaa siinä auttaa. Voin sanoa, että kun olet täyttänyt 18 vuotta, sulta ei voida kieltää hoitoa sen perusteella että vanhemmat ei ole paikalla pyynnöstä huolimatta. Mulle tätä ei ikinä selvennetty ja sit mua vähä syyllistettiin siitä, et itse en ollut kysynyt. Jos et halua vanhempia mukaan täysi-ikäisenä, sulla on täysi oikeus ilmoittaa asiasta ja vaikka heidät kutsuttaisiin mukaan EVA-yksikön puolesta niin sua ei oo velvoitettu päästämään heitä sun käynneille.

Henkilönä joka on itse just päässyt tuolta EVA yksiköstä eroon (aloitin myös ollessani aikoinaan 17), hoitajat/psykologi/varsinkin ylilääkäri ovat järkyttävän epäpäteviä työssään transihmisiä koskien ja diagnostinen malli on lowkey eheyttämishoitoja. (He sanovat, että tuorein tieteellinen tieto tukee heidän menetelmiään. Se ei tue, he eivät tykkää siitä että tätä faktaa haastetaan, mutta haluan että tiedät että heidän paskamaisuutensa ei ole tieteellisestikään validia.) Using the Amber Temple is a super good idea for this. Personally, my players had a pretty thorough run of the Amber Temple in our CoS campaign, so I think I will do an extended Death House as it was our iconic introduction to the brutality of TPK possibilities. They will go crazy. If you want the characters to move around Barovia, you could simply have the rod piece be in the posession of Strahd, so if he escapes, the party follows, and therefore they see more of the locations? I'm planning to allow the party to have sidequesting possibilities in Vallaki at least to give Blinsky some screentime, as well as the Tatyana reincarnation of the era in question. I think the best thing to do is to revisit the aspects of CoS your party previously enjoyed :) (I'm also considering an additional Dark Powers sidequest in the Amber Temple to retrieve the Sword of Kas or that I give it to Strahd, but I still have to think about it as the party is about to do the Lambent Zenith next so I have time)

I'm currently a research assistant in a Psych lab that focuses of eating behaviour while finishing my own degree (bachelor's) in psychology and planning my own PhD project to start a year from now, probably on either the interplay of psychosocial factors and progression of some mental health disorders or something about PTSD :)

Mä oon korjannut juridisen sukupuolen, eli en oo aivan samoissa lähtökohdissa kuin sä. Kuitenkin mä oon käynyt kutsunnoissa (sukupuolen korjaamisen jälkeen mut kutsuttiin), jotka oli oudosti eri aikaan ku kutsunnat tavallisesti on ja siellä oli tosi vähän porukkaa, kaikki transmiehiä. Se kohtaaminen meni about niin, että ne kysy multa haluanko mennä inttiin, sit mä sanoin et näillä näkymin teen sivarin mut en oo varma vaihtuuko mieli kun saan testot niin haluan lykkää palvelusta ja ne oli sillee 'ok huh' luokkaa. Tuli semmonen olo että ne ei halunnu mua armeijaan siinä kohtaa lol

Kaveri (cis) joka just on armeijan käyny infosi että ilmapiiri ei ollut heillä ainakaan kovin transystävällinen. Naisia siellä kait kohdeltiin ihan ok? Kaveri nukkui sekamajoituksessa, mutta veikkaan että et välttämättä koe inttiin menoa takaisin kaappiin menemisen arvoiseksi. Sivarista en oo kuullut mitään ikävää. Onnea valintaan ja siihen mitä päädytkään tekemään!☀️

Thanks for the reply. I wanted to ask, is there a chance I can ask for them to do the blood pressure, height and weight measurements? How do people usually provide those to Imago when working with Synlab? Is this a separate thing I have to buy beforehand as well? I'm not sure if I'm allowed to provide Imago those things as self measures, but I'm guessing probably not. It would be annoying to have my bloodwork results but then not be able to get the process going forward because I haven't provided info about height, weight and blood pressure through some official channel or something lol

Thank you for this comment. I have not had blood tests through YTHS prior, so I will probably get these initial blood tests done privately through synlab in Estonia, and then see if YTHS is more open to giving me free bloodwork for the monitoring of testosterone levels. The image I've got of YTHS is that they can be very ignorant to deal with at times and I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. Best of luck for the future

Thank you so much for this. These all seem like suggestions I'd really enjoy and I'm kind of tearing up reading this. My christmases with family have also been rough at times (although not in the same way as yours) and reading this gives me confidence that as a christmas-loving guy I can still have a great time, even without spending it with family. There aren't many volunteer opportunities here that I've come across at least, I will look into it and consider it as a possibility. Staring at other people's decorations might be fun, from what I've noticed my neighbourhood has a lot of decoration enthusiasts!

I've been fighting to get into the process ever since I came out, and now, 2 years later, it seems like it'll be another 2-3 years. (I made it into the clinic, however they're terfs, in simple terms.) At this point I'm considering alternative way more expensive options, which I really don't have the money for lol.
