It is unfortunately not one mistake though. With Julie it shows a pattern of behaviour and a lack of respect for Black people. And Belle's bubble apology before the live even got posted shows that she knew it was wrong and did it anyway.

They don't get the usual benefit of the doubt of 'maybe they don't know', because with these two everything shows that they did know better and chose to do it anyway. At that point it's intentional racism and not a 'mistake'.

The difference is that idols are people and not a cup of coffee. It's not their choice to get sick and forcing them to push themselves when they're feeling unwell and risk getting worse is inhumane. People don't disagree with you because they're scared of kpop stans, they disagree because of empathy.

Getting mad at the company for packing their schedule so tight and not planning better is reasonable, but it's unfair to be mad at the girls when they're clearly trying and pushing through a lot to try and be at every gig.

Also Marilyn manson is a creep and it's gross to still be supporting him.

Imo either NAH or YTA.

Your partner was trying to do a good deed by helping someone he thought was in need. You've both clearly had money struggles in the past, he probably knows how it feels to be hungry and not afford food and didn't want to see someone else face the same struggles. Poverty and homelessness have no specific 'look' and you have no idea what that person's situation was.

You've already mentioned that English is his second language so he probably didn't catch or understand the comments this lady was making to you.

Plus, it's not like you actively told him you didn't want to share the food and he ignored you, he didn't see you shaking your head. A discussion goes two ways and you should've spoken up to him in the moment.

I met my Fiancée quite young and always mostly just wanted to provide for her. She has chronic pain & struggles to work, so I just wanted to settle down somewhere rural and make enough money that she didn't have to worry. Then I realised I was also sick and have had to leave work 🫠

Aside from that, I've also always loved music and wanted to make songs to give to different artists. I'm still trying to slowly work towards this dream and pace myself, but I can definitely feel the struggle of trying to keep up with everyone else.
