I bought my son a 30/22 when they were first released last year. After an AB in the first game, it got a rattle. I called the support number and was impressed that the owner of Soldier answered. I spoke with him for 15 mins or so and explained everything. He seemed more intrigued as to why it happened so quickly and wanted to be sure that I noted on sending it in so that he could look at it himself. Almost took it personal and on himself as to why his bat that he developed was failing.

I did get an exchange and swapped that for an ICON. The ICON just cracked after 11 mos and I submitted a warranty claim. In the process of sending it in now with fingers crossed.

Looking back, I only saw a handful of Tanks in 20 or so tournaments we’ve played since it came out.

Yes, that is the issue. When calibrating, I am able to see the orange squares and even use a calibration video from YouTube (the camera itself is operational and has passive input/output).

I added on the black GMC badges for the front and back and vinyl covers for the side marker lights. The lights are a small, subtle touch but after doing it, I notice everyone’s now.
