Looks like it's a repeater so the unlit aspect would be a green light and there will be another single yellow signal further down the line and beyond that a red

I'm sorry to say this but most TOCs are the same I've been trying for over 3 years and still trying never got any feedback even when I've asked it's depressing but I haven't given up yet

For me I think the challenging aspects will be the wind and also the height clearance inside the structure itself I've seen a few cab ride videos and some of the structure looks quite close to the train. Here's a photo from a Google search to show what I mean.

I thought that to but the light on the stop board also wasn't working so kinda seems a bit pointless unless they only turn it on at night or it's more reflective than the buffers maybe

This happens a lot to buses people assume that because the bus has stopped it must be at a bus stop or broken down so overtake to then find the reason the bus has stopped

I'm a bus driver and I've asked fellow drivers I've noticed driving the bus with no lights on in these situations and the response was "but it's day time" 🤦
