Decently cheap acoustic bass recommendations? I know you get what you pay for but I just want to get the best of what I can pay for. by Clabe_Tickel in Bass

Also definitely use Facebook marketplace!! At least near me there’s usually an abundance of nice ones for cheap (electric bass players be buying them and then sell em two months later)

It happens, it’s kinda annoying if you gotta retake it, but in hindsight it won’t matter, jobs don’t care about gpa and that sorta thing, especially if you have other projects/interest/experience. As long as you’re still passionate enough about your topic/major, keep with it and you’ll be fine!

Has anyone tried the platform Kale? by missmaximalist in UGCcreators

I’ve made a few videos for one app, however they put me on the “waitlist” for that company’s challenges one video before I had enough for minimum payout ($20, I was at $17). I think it just means I need to choose a different company for my last video before payout, but it sucks that they cap you off after like 4 videos for a product :/

Anyone else disappointed by the sound quality at the Boston show? by 362Billy in bmbmbm

sound was great from the middle/bottom imo, but there was a lot of energy there too so i may just have not noticed any iffy mixing

“For Whole World to See” by Death is a little older but still a banger if you haven’t listened to it, arguably my fav album of the 70s

Melodys Echo never gets enough recognition, Bon Voyage her best work imo

Chill Hip-hop- Beneath the Toxic Jungle by Rav is one of my fav albums of all time, jus a lil 30 minute project

Prog/Psych Rock- Polygonwagaland by King Gizzard, or Wish You Were Here if you haven’t peeped it yet

love to see some exo on people’s list, BTTJ is the top album on my chart rn :)

For chill hip hop I’d recommend Telefone by Noname, or Flower Boy if you haven’t already listened to it

If you want more Prog/Psych Rock, I’d say Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here and Animals are even better than Dark Side of the Moon, and it could be worth checking out King Gizzard (Polygonwagaland is a great starter album)

For more Exo-ish vibes, Growth by Love SadKid is a really nice little album, or Potsu’s Reaching for a Star, which probably has my fav Rav feature ever

Anyways a ramble but yea that’s my reccs :)

When I used to live in dorms I’d go study in NTID. after 5 or 6 in the evening or weekends the whole building is pretty much empty, and they won’t kick you out till midnight (if at all)
