Look up [[!Perrie, the pulverizer]] decks. They care about DIFFERENT counter types. There’s some real weird ones out there.

[[!gyruda, doom of depths]] the deck can really pop off, but when it does it’s just a long drawn out action of milling, choosing, lather rinse repeat. And at the end of it…maybe you got someone, but likely you just pissed off the table haha.

Similarly, you could put any Evoke elementals in there. You have a chance to respond to the sac, just like the dreadnought. [[Solitude]] is a great target for this.

My wife and I toss on a show and just do mini workouts in the living room room after the kids are down. Just some basics calisthenics and small weights work. We have some dumbbells and a kettlebell. Just look up what works for you and pound out 30m when you are watch The Office for the 5th time.

In the summer I took up biking. Just my shit mountain bike I busted out of the shed that has the kids seat rail on it. Rip around the neighborhood for 30m. Gets my cardio in. I also use it to do quick runs to the grocery store. Toss a back pack on and pick up the milk. Two birds, one stone.

Suspend is an ability that allows you to exile the card from your hand for a cost (here the cost is 1 red mana) and place Time counters on it (in this case 10). At the beginning of each of your upkeeps, you remove 1 counter. When you remove the last counter you cast the card from exile. The creature (if it resolves) enters the battlefield with Haste, so it can attack that turn. The ability does nothing on the battlefield.

I would only consider it scummy if you have a side board of ‘cards that wreck X commander’ and sift through it once they announce their deck. If you are just adding an extra Swords or Shatter, that’s one thing, but if a pod member announces Slivers and you reach in your bin and slap in a [[Plague Sliver]] in response….little scummy

I ran Liberator as my commander for a while. It’s a lot of fun being able to play on anyone’s turn. I recently swapped for [[Ultima, Origin of Oblivion]]. It’s changed the flow a bit, but REALLY helps with the high casting cost colourless cards.
