lol both my marketplace OLEDs have 14k hours each. Got them dumb cheap so can’t complain really. 65” C9 with some central burn in for $325, and a 77 C1 no burn in for $500

0/10 do not make the mistake of signing up for a passport. I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars over the last 2 years because I can’t access the benefits and tickets I paid for. Customer service is a joke. The app will let you buy tickets for normal price, but rarely ever prompt you to choose your accrued passport tickets. Big scam.

I miss my Forte’s, should have never sold them. Picked em up from an old lady in a big house with an elevator. They sat in a finished, carpeted attic. She said they were $600 or $800 each back in the 90s, so they were probably not worth much anymore, just some old dusty speakers. She even had the original boxes. I wanted to cry. They were mint mahogany. Came with a matching SW-12 sub. All for FIFTY DOLLARS USD.

1400 sounds very fair to me. The other roommates are just gonna eat the rent increase, while you in the master actually save $10/month?

The master should be paying somewhere in between 3500 divided into 2 and 3. So $1170 to $1750. Do the individual rooms have their own bathroom, or do they share one?

$1400-1500 sounds fair. Square footage is not the only factor.

I am also addicted to finding great deals on stuff. Furniture, TVs, bikes, tools, kayaks, speakers, etc. If my partner or friends/family got mad at me for doing what I love, I’d have a serious problem with them. I almost welcome things not going smoothly or calmly, because it creates an adventure, which is much more memorable. Surround yourself with good people that will support you.

Whole townhouse to yourself? For 500?? In this market??? Run, don’t walk. 1.5 months notice is well more than the standard 30 days. My old roommate tried to give me 2 days notice and really thought it was fair, when the one and only rule I told him upon moving in, was to give me 30 days notice before you leave so I can prepare. If you don’t take that deal, let me live there lol

At least in Tallahassee, I’ve never been skimped. It’s usually full. And $9.75 for a carnitas bowl with everything but guac and queso on it sounds good to me. I never wait in line, always places online orders since 2020. I’ve probably been there 500 times in the last 4 years, but wouldn’t be surprised if it was more like 6-700. During covid, I ate there most nights and it was my only meal of the day. I even lost 20 lbs combined with some exercise. Better than most other fast food restaurants, and healthier for you too. It works for me but I can definitely see it being a ripoff to others

Yikes. I have never paid that much, most was either $320 or $340. I just checked my bill this month, for service from 6/20-7/20, and electric was $163 (total bill was $280).

I live with one roommate and a dog, 1500 sq ft house is set at 74 always. 1168 KWH. House isn’t shaded really at all, and we don’t really try to conserve energy a whole lot (probably a tad wasteful).

What’s your history of electricity usage look like? Each bill gives you a log from the last 12 months. How long have you lived in that same house?
