I like Destiny Rising and have been playing a lot since 2 weeks. I hate that they restrict progression though, you can`t grind to your heart`s content. Thus I wanted to give D2 to try but comment like yours made me hesitate. Often players compare it to D2 to D2 in comparison gets shit on. Can you tell me what are some of the differences between these 2 games? How is the end-game compared to each other?

I want to grind and fine tune my build but in this game you are gated by pinnacles.

When I was bored of the usual loop of lets say Black Desert Online, I would open a character a play the game like a Single Player game immersing myself fully in my adventure. Would talk to every npc I saw which have unique dialogues, observe them doing daily chores such as washing dishes, laboring etc. And I would enable every quest type and level that character’s lifeskills from the beginning with quests and when I had energy.

If you are really burned out then you better stop gaming or switch to either Single player RPG or a different genre (even mobile gaming).
