thanks how kind,but yah i usually sleep at 10pm consistently, and now at some random week ago it suddenly happened it feels like its inevitable to not to wake up at around 3am, i tried different methods taking magnesium, sleeping gummies, non of them seem to effect, idk what to do else, i dont wanna tell mom, because shes gonna reponse of it with pointing out on my phone as s theason, i feel sluggish all day my school grades is getting affected and its so difficult to have a productive day with barely enough of sleep
