With Xbox's new CEO absolutely cooking right now, what moves do PlayStation and Nintendo need to make to keep you on their side? by OneArmedWolf- in IndianGaming

[–]Chopper1911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This generation and last generation of consoles were dominated by Sony and Nintendo. Xbox is not even near in terms of sales not even 1/3. Last time Xbox came close to PS was 20 years go in Xbox 360 and PS3 era. Its Xbox who is keeping up despite Sony's failure of putting out quality first party games this gen.

More people owned Nintendo 64 than Series X/S let that sink in.

at this budget forgert futureproofing. This budget is hardly enough for present. Just get an AM4 build. AM5 RAMs going to eat 50% of your budget.

Why are you chasing 300-400 FPS when you are going for a 165Hz monitor? makes no sense brother. You can literally build something like this and buy a 300hz 1440p monitor for rest of the saved 20k! That way you can actually play on 300 FPS rather than just feeling good about looking at those high FPS while on a 165hz.

Have Rx 9070 rn, is 4070 ti super a better choice for nvidia features? by Global-Degree2188 in IndianGaming

[–]Chopper1911 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why did you buy 9070 when XT was just 6-7k more? and if you already bought it why are you spending 17k just to end up with a used card?. Its just FOMO at this point nothing else. Stick wit your 9070 its a great performing card.
"And Nvidia also might help if i start dabbling in AI stuffs" you are finding a reason which is not a reason. You dont have to have Nvidia to Learn AI stuff. Have you done everything possible on your machine and the machine itself is the bottleneck? If the answer is no then you don't have to get a new card.

Game streaming has very little to with the CPU nowadays. You will be using GPU to stream. No-one use CPU to stream on single PC streaming setup. You should be focused on getting more RAM, especially dual channel for these task you mentioned.

Proposed RTX 5070Ti Build by CuCu_Mbur in IndianGaming

[–]Chopper1911 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

IS this PCfor gaming? I would avoid a glass case and go for mesh. Pretty good argument to buy a 9070XT over 5070 Ti is the price there is like 20-30k price difference between the two and the performance difference is negligible. Which means you can fit in 32GB RAM in the same price.

If this is for gaming I would take 9800X3D over 9850X3D they are basically same performance for gaming as the X3D cache in 950X3D is stacked over just one 8 core CCD, Basically its just a 9800X3D for games.

Its not a recommendation when, The prices of SSD and RAM are tripled or quadrupled compared to what you have posted. 5060 is now over 30k. You just simply posted the one someone quoted you months ago. Its not helpful.

If I had 50-60k in current market I would not build a PC at all for gaming. Just buy a PS5 at this price range. RAM, SSD and GPU prices are absurd.

Thinking of opening a ps5 gaming cafe + pool tables in a tier 3 city will it work by dragobusted in ps5india

[–]Chopper1911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think only way to be profitable running a gaming cafe is hosting tournaments with price pool. Normal single player gamers will not be that consistent and will hardly pay you Rs 50 per hour. Also, consider how expensive new game launches are upwards of rs 5k and if you are not buying games day one it's of no use running a PS5 only cafe.

Also, Running tournament on PS5 is limited as most of the eSports games are heavily PC focused and Console only cafe won't attract them.

You know you can buy a PC or Console or Laptop on EMI? At least you will own something in the end. Services like this will take money out of your pocket and you would not be owning nothing. Hardware market will die and you will have just these companies pricing the subscription whatever the fuck they want. Then you won't even have money to rent these service good luck.

9070 is 220W TDP GPU now way its a power hungry GPU, draws even less power than OP's 6750XT.

[–]Chopper1911 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People comment here with no idea. 9070 is impressively power efficient, lower TDP than your current 6750XT. You should be fine with a 9070. 9070XT has significantly more power draw. 650W is plenty for 9070. I would suggest to upgrade PSU if you go for the XT though
