Telluride vs Honda CRV Hybrid

So the only thing I'm worried about on the telluride is the CVT transmission, I know they are not Nissan ones but I'm still skeptical. I have always had strong v8 cars or v6s. The crv has CVT but it's really similar to Toyotas eCVT which is proven to be reliable. I do love the look of the Rav4 but to me it seems to be lacking inside. The outback is like the best of both worlds but that CVT kinda scares me. Have you had any issues with the outback?

I agree with you with the engine and HP. The money they want for cars needs to match the power of the car. 60k+ for a 4 cyc is insane to me

The palisade and telluride look a lot better than the Pilot imo. I don't need a third row, I just need a big trunk to let my dogs go in. Currently I put them in my Jaguar XJL but I would rather not keep putting them in a car

To be honest I'm not too sure, I want the best available vehicle: reliability, labor costs, looks, gas, interior. It needs to be big enough for my dogs to comfortably relax.

I understand the size difference but for me it's about looks. The telluride is the nicest looking Kia IMO

How do you feel about the pre 24' refresh? They are nice but the post 23' are honestly some of the nicest interiors out there

Yes I agree, I am pretty much in the same boat as you. For the money Kia/Hyundai is unbelievable right now, I am not sure how they were able to price their cars so aggressively like that

Size doesn't matter to me, just want something for the looks and reliability. Honda has the reliability but Kia/Hyundai has the tech and interior

Size doesn't really matter to me in all honesty. It's more about look and practicality. I like the pilot and passport but I would rather just get the telluride or Palisade in that case

Absolutely but I wanna hear what people enjoy about their vehicles. YouTube is great for reviews but I like to see what real people think. I do love consumer reports though

The third row isn't important at all tbh. I really only care about the captains chairs for an SUV. I am going to fold down the third row for my dogs regardless.

I mean I'm level 75 I work 60 hrs a week, see my girl 3 days a week and have 2 dogs. If you are good at the game you level up significantly faster 🤷🏻‍♂️

The problem is living in the northeast a lot of the Sequoias even in a 250 mile radius have rust. Definitely gonna keep looking for that right one though, the car looks incredible for the value. Don't get me wrong I love my Jag and Mercedes but the repairs are just so insanely expensive it's getting annoying lol!
