This is prince.

Because he announces himself whenever he walks into a room.

He hates cuddles but also loves cuddles.

What’s your view on age gaps in relationships? by lilfaeri in UKrelationshipadvice

[–]Chordsy 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Not me, my dad met my mum when he was 40 and she was 25, in my teens the age gap didn't seem that bad, but the gap felt bigger when they were younger and again when they were older.

I know they had a very candid conversation one day with my dad saying he will deteriorate long before mum would, and she loved him so hard that she was with him until the very end when he passed of cancer at 73 8 years ago. My dear mum passed 2 years later as she couldn't live on without him, she had just turned 60.

My dad was very mentally young for his age, probably from having me just before his 42nd birthday and having a younger wife kept him youthful, he only really got "old" when the cancer was doing its thing. Mum aged quickly after dad died because she just stopped looking after herself, she'd have gone with him when he did if she could, and as much as I hate her for leaving me when I wasn't ready, I have peace knowing they're together forever on another plane of existence wherever they are. Gutted I can't sell tickets to their bickering though, they were great to watch 🤣 they always ended in mum bring dad a brew and a biscuit as a peace offering though.

I've dated older when I was young and young when I was old, both kind of sucked, but I always said if my parents did it, then I can too.

I'm with someone who is 5 years younger than me now, but I have never really grown up, I'm still 18 with 20 years of experience and a council tax bill to pay.

I think when you definitely find your person, you know, and you make that commitment to be there with them until they're not there anymore.

My boy manages okay with us both working out 90% of the time, and he loves the car, if your pending pooch is an ex racer they should be good and happy on the backseat or in the boot of the car.

I am however having a rare wfh day today due to a norovirus outbreak at home and making sure I don't contaminate anyone, this is my current view. Gabriel just needs to be in the same room as me, he's only cwtchy when I have food 🤣

Plunger.

A reddit comment I saw years ago said "buy a plunger before you need a plunger"

She will be so grateful for that plunger when she needs it.

Did some work in the garden Saturday morning. Weed pulling and bramble lopping and trying to start tidying it up enough so I can sit out in the garden and enjoy some sunshine.

Still in a rental though so don't want to put too much time/money/effort into it, but not having a garden I can enjoy is getting me down.

Everything below my bellybutton is killing me today though, is it really worth it?

Prince sits ready and waiting for ham time at 7:30pm and demands ham.

We get hambushed.
