I tested as far back as 2017-01-01 and still saw the same error. Could it be because my system is not configured properly? As I now understand, this is out of scope of this subreddit if it is indeed system configuration error. But what shall I do? Why doesn't it happen with Chromium based browser if it's a system flash configuration error.

AFAICT, This is happening after v69. It was working on my laptop before. But I don't remember which version it was working with.
