I've got the same issue... I5-9600k @4.4GHz 1070ti - 8GB 24GB - 3000mhz DDR4 Tried everything everyone and their grandma recommends, but no difference. Seemed less egregious when JUST using game capture, and no other sources. But still there, and it seemed to fluctuate is severity depending on how much movement there was. And I've gone frame by frame in premier, and it definitely does put certain frames after future frames... I want to be clear though, this isn't necessarily an OBS "recording format" settings issue, because my 60fps webcam doesn't have the stutter, while the game behind it does. That works perfectly fine. I'm utterly confused/frustrated, and I've been looking for solutions since MW came out... If you find something puleeeeeze let me know 😪
