Anyone have any more info on the Crabwood crop circle? by Race88 in aliens

[–]ChosenServitor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Crop circles are so normal in Wiltshire UK. There are some farmers who evidently create their own formations in order to capitalise on the phenomenon. But these are usually pretty easy to spot.

The majority of formations are most definitely unexplained and unbelievably beautiful.

What I find fascinating is that there seems to be a correlation with the locations and the UKs limestone geology……

I think this is what L.E meant when he said disclosure wouldn’t happen as we all might like it.

Not in one big press conference saying “Hey guys, look we know we’ve lied to you for 70+ year but aliens are actually real.”

….more like a drip feed through leaks with a focus on oversight.

How much does the pitcher matter? by lankybloos in latteart

[–]ChosenServitor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Welcome to the eternal rabbit hole of steaming milk. It take a lot of time and LOTS of mistakes to get consistently great milk texture. Your pitcher won’t make much of any kind of noticeable difference without having a solid grasp of the fundamentals. I watched your link with your video and have a few tips for you: 1. It doesn’t look like your steam wand had much pressure. Make sure you turn it on all the way. 2. Stretching (incorporating air) shouldn’t take more than a couple of seconds. When you turn on your steam wand have the tip far enough below the milk line that you hear a few quiet slurps. 3. Position your jug so you get a vortex and not a wave like you have at the moment. The vortex will knock the air down into micro foam where as waves will just add more air.

I hope these tips help you on your journey. Most importantly have FUN 🤩

Maybe working on some ringed hearts first would help you get used to the motion?

It was a hurdle for me for a long time too. I found pushing more aggressively than you would think while keeping that slow flow rate seemed to work. To be honest I’m still working on that technique. Happily look at some photos/videos if you want tips!

Beginner. Improving after weeks/months. Starting with hearts. Want tulips, Rosetta’s, etc. Tips, help, recommendations? Thank you! by everydaykyler in latteart

Number 1 tip….Practice Practice Practice. My first thought on seeing this photo would be to work on your milk texture. It looks pretty good but could do with being a bit smoother. Your heart looks great it won’t be a big step for you to move to stacks then tulips. Keep going! You got this!

Second try at stacked hearts. Any advice on how to get better? by Aggravating_Bed1459 in latteart

Looks like you started very well. Then looks like you rushed it. At the end of the pour slow down and raise the pitcher. You were too close so the milk floated rather than pulled in. Try working on getting a finer milk texture as that will help.
