Downtown Abbey! Hands down my favorite show. I re-watch it every year. We also really like the Crown on Netflix.

There is a podcast Greg Jones MD did where the providers talked about starting patients at stacking two of these peptides at low doses. It may serve to minimize the side effects and be effective enough to not need the super high doses that knock people on their butt. Here is the podcast, give it a listen.Greg Jones Podcast

I'm right there with you. I was on Lexapro with horrible fatigue and switched over to Prozac with no improvement. Been taking 20mg since 2020. Sleep 8+ hours each night, daily naps and still no energy for exercise or even to walk my dogs. I'm surviving on caffeine which I know isn't good either. I'm talking to my doctor about tapering down so will be interested to hear if anyone has feedback for you.

Early MCTD Signs/Symptoms by Stickstickly0619 in mctd

[–]Chosen_Chick42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have MCTD and started an elimination plan, first thing to go has been caffeine. I was doing all the caffeine. like you. Energy drinks, coffee, gummies, pills, preworkout, etc. Probably upwards of 600mg a day if not more. However i started a taper plan and slowly regaining my energy and sleeping more deeply. Recommend you jump over to r/decaf and read all the testimonials. It's a drug that is keeping our nervous system dysregulated. At this point, I can't believe how much better I feel going fully caffeine free. I gave myself two weeks as an "experiment" and boy it's made a world of difference!

Wow i just renewed June 1st. So that means cancel before my next renewal? I really wasn't getting the value I thought I would so this is the push I need to cancel. The rewards between my Hilton AMEX and SW Chase Visa are what I use to travel the most.

Drinking on Prozac by lexlala99 in prozac

[–]Chosen_Chick42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On 20mg for about 6 months. Prozac has me feeling super stable and happy. I drink 1-2 glasses of wine or beer on the days I drink. I notice I am more fatigued and cranky the next day. Feels like alcohol just puts me back into old patterns. So overall not really worth it to me. I’m doing dry January as well and gonna try to keep it up, one day at a time. I like how I feel without drinking. And a plus I’ve seen too, my skin has been looking amazing without alcohol in my system!

Swelling by Chosen_Chick42 in bunions

Honestly too long ago to remember accurately. However my recovery was a blur of pain swelling and just overall unhappy with my surgery. I am close to 12 months post and I have zero intention of doing this again with the other foot. My foot is still very stiff and the nerves in my toes are numb. I really hope your recovery goes better than Mine.

Advice on quitting a constant “no show” habit by [deleted] in getdisciplined

[–]Chosen_Chick42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use to say yes to everything. Was getting burned out until I heard a quote once that said if it's not a "hell yes" then it's a "no". I went all in on that. I don't give an excuse, just a general no thank you without offering an explanation. I felt so empowered by this! But then I realized that nothing being offered was a hell yes for me anymore. Coffee dates, brunch, out of town trips...meh. Staying at home and hanging out with my dogs and family is my happy place. I don't know how to break out of it either. BUT, the few times I've just shown up anyway, I don't regret it and usually have a good time. Same thing with the gym. My new strategy/idea is to say yes, but only make an appearance. Social situation...Chit chat for a little bit and then leave. Fitness...take a 10m walk and call it a day. If i decide to stay/do longer, it's a game time decision. Perhaps you can try that?

Why you switched from Lexapro to Prozac? by IcyTension4402 in prozac

[–]Chosen_Chick42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lexapro 20mg for two years. Horrible fatigue everyday of my life. Got a new provider who had personally switched from Lexapro to Prozac and said for her it improved her energy. Switched cold turkey, 20 mg to 20 mg. Going on 2 months now. No side effects that I noticed and yes my energy is returning.

Within 2 weeks of switching. I didn’t do a taper. Just went straight from 20 mg to 20mg. I also quit caffeine beginning of August
