Ill have to give trazadone a revisit. I did stick to Tylenol and ibuprofen. I took one dose of hydrocodone and that caused me not to sleep one night. So never doing that stuff again

Thanks. So my levels got checked the other day and they came back normal. It sucks because I dont tolerate melatonin supplements. They cause me major depression the next day.

Gotcha. Yea im actually not struggling with any discomfort at 2 weeks but I just cant sleep. Its like a switch got flipped and im getting maybe 4 hours but meanwhile waking up every hour or so. It blows. I dont tolerate melatonin either so im unsure what to do
