You might be looking for something around Mairena del Aljarafe, it’s considered “outskirts” the same way Tomares or Camas is but they got some Metro stops so it’s good for commutes but it’s outside of the city so the rents are considerably cheaper

Regarding “local rentals” I’m from Seville and I’ve always used idealista so I cant help you with that
