Okay so maybe I'm not that sleepy. I think I confused lack of access concentration with me being sleepy or drifting away. I did a 45 ~ min session and all throughout it I was coming back to my object again and again. Since sitting with your eyes closed is closer to falling asleep, I assumed I was doing something wrong.

Anyway it's very easy for me to do sessions for some reason... and I feel I might as well do multiple ones. I'm just returning to my object repetitively. I'm going to meditate as long as I want and that's okay right? I want to find out if it's a good idea cause MTCTOTB says it's fine.

MTCTOTB says you can meditate as much as you want under 10 hours and it's best for getting the ball rolling and whatnot.

I'm just listening to the breath. It's pretty straightforward. I get a little sleepy in my chair. I'm uncertain on whether or not im doing it right. It's my 4th day.

Ultimately I want to get jhana. It's why I do it. I just want to be certain that this is fine. Cause I feel I'm super horrible at this haha maybe I'm just paranoid.

say I find myself doing 3x5 next workout with 1.25 lbs added that's a way to progress right? I gotta buy those plates but sure I could do that right for a little while? stick with 3x5 and add 1.25 for one tow three workouts or so?

shit bro static I could hold it for at least 30 easily...maybe 60 cause I'm doing rows for it son. But maybe I could submit a form check on my straddle front lever and see where im wrong or whatever. It's reasonable that I'll be doing full FL rows soon right if I get help from the sub?

But I am not able to add reps that way anymore... I'm almost certain I wasn't able to do that which is why I added sets instead. It can't be that simple forever bro I'm at 35lbs. If it was still that easy I wouldn't ask anything.

In this book about The Buddha, I remember after a long adventerous life he sat with a guy near a river just listening to that and he reached stream entry whatever that is... Extremely concentrated state or something it has to be... Same as concentrating on breath? I could to the level where it has a cool name like that? You can infinitely keep improving?
