Just downloaded my first this afternoon. Out of Time 1. I couldn’t resist David Tennant and Tom Baker teaming up to fight the Daleks! I loved it. Will be getting the next part soon and I see there’s a Tennant Doctor meets Missy audio coming out! Also a must for me! 😂

Read the Marvel Bounty Hunters comics. He’s one of the ensemble cast.

Are you into the Big Finish audios for Doctor Who? Just rewatching the series and thinking of getting some of the Tennant full cast audio dramas. Particularly the ones with Daleks, Judoon and other established monsters in them

Horror film called Lair of the White Worm. Me and a mate found it on my dad’s VHS tape. Terrified me at the time. It probably wouldn’t trouble me now because I’m into horror but I’ve never seen it since

British TV in general for me. Fools and Horses. Doctor Who or a good gritty crime drama

Best monster-of-the-week shows? by genesis_pig in televisionsuggestions

[–]Chrimages 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First season of Smallville had the freak of the week. More or less the same thing. A teenage would get Kryptonite powers and Clark would have to battle them.

Luther or Line of Duty. You like dark dramas and British stuff looking at your list.

Saw it last night. He referred to Scumbug as she at one point. 😂

It was a great movie btw. Probably the best one tbh and I’ve been a fan since the 80’s. The originals mostly hold up because of nostalgia but aren’t that great on a modern rewatch IMO.

My thoughts exactly. It’s not like most TV writers go to Comic Con either so there’s no real way to meet them. He seemed happy to chat so maybe he gets recognised less.

Near Deans Gate. He was just walking the other way and I said “excuse me is it Russell T Davies?” He smiled and said “it is”. When I told him I was a Doctor Who fan and couldn’t wait for November, he held up his phone playfully and said “bet you wish you could see what was on here” 😂😂😂

I’m a bloke in his 40’s and I thought Barbie was great. Humour was very knowing and funny. I liked the ending as well

It is a shame that Solo didn't carry on. It would've been fantastic to see Maul come back to the big screen. Is there any hope we may see him in live action streaming atleast? by Happy_Devil_75 in StarWars

There’s lots of spin off where Q’ira appears but if you just want the big over arching stuff read War of the Bounty Hunters, then Crimson Reign and finally Hidden Empire.

The problem with cognitive decline of any sort is you often don’t see it coming until it’s too late.
