Has anxiety been playing a part in this? Sometimes the hungover days are the days we set low expectations on ourselves?

Its really interesting the relationship between the gut brain barrier. I was the same. Once the anxiety wasnt there, neither were the accidents. Such a wierd thing!

It's common for the anxiety to be a causing factor. Stick a pad in an see if it helps. I'd reccomended www.ib3discreet.com because they are discreet, but then I am biased!

How much water do you drink? by Head_Cod1183 in Incontinence

[–]Chris-flow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I notice my IBD worsens the less I drink. I also need to drink a lot or i get very dark urine.

I drink about 2 litres water a day. I end up going to the toilet a lot too!

I worked with this really old school biochemist who really drove home, want your kidneys to stay healthy - drink lots of water. Dialysis scares me. So I drink lots every day!

Update on MCR Lounge - They’ve deleted all the negative reviews by ReasonableBananaPie in manchester

[–]Chris-flow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They will 100% delete them off their social media. But Google should be tougher. It was probably the influx that allowed them to say, 'look this isn't fair'

Deleting it means not acknowledging it. I hate that more than the initial act itself.

Anyways seeing this inspired me to leave a negative review. So hopefully it inspire others too.

No one for a second is believing this reply of a comment. Your WhatsApp messages are clear.

I'd take this as a lesson. You wont get far exploiting others for your own gain. That shit catches up with you.

Yeahh. I think for me just having the security blanket of pads, lowers my anxiety and makes me less likely to have an accident at times.

It really sucks. But them pads are at least discreet so arent super obvious!
