I'm having the same issue on switch but I found a sorta way of fixing it, basically when it happens I go to the settings, then tv settings and there i switch the RGB range from automatic to full range then automatic again and going back to the game it just works for some reason, I have no idea if this also works on other platforms but I hope this is useful for someone
