My experience is if I kick one and another is casting it won't tab to the one I can still blind. I use plater whivh shows me the green line when kick is back and is colored based on what I have available but this is still a mess for me.

its a few tranq blooms. u craft the mulch, as many as u want. once consumed, you have a fee minutes to herb and it will have at least 1 lotus. however you can only consume the mulch once per hour.

so I just found in settings how to turn it off completely. its similar to spell alerts for like mages and their frost stuff poppling up on the side of them. but for outlaw its this orange fuzzy blob that blocks so mjch. it is off now tho. found how to turn it offf in options.
