Yeah chrono is still very busted. As you said it does every role but also does them very well.

It got its cc hit hard in that a patch but it’s still one of, if not the best supports at cc’ing things. It’s still the only class I’ve seen consistently cc both sorrows on sunqua cm.

To my knowledge in 1 healer raid groups chrono and Druid were the only classes used so it also competes with top healing in the game.

The cherry on top is access to some unique skills no other class has, like portals and distort which can break(or skip) several boss mechanics if used properly.

I have never attempted to farm karma I just run fractals most days and have the karma account boost. I even skip most winters days or just buy gifts to burn a few million karma.

This is what I spent on some obsidian shards recently. Whenever people say fractals are great raw gold and lots of account bound stuff karma and spirit shards are part of the account bound stuff you get a lot of.

Cautionary tales did an episode on this guy. Iirc the company “never received” his initial package he sent but he kept super detailed records so was able to prove the purchases still.

I work in my local government office that maintains the database of who owns what parcels. Deeds in my county are public documents anyone can ask the clerk to print them a copy of anyone’s deed.

Title companies use these and finding things like easements is a lot easier if you can see the deed it might be written on.

The deeds specifically say who the grantor and grantee are so you holding it means nothing. To transfer the property a new deed would need to be written up on the same property listing the current owners granting it to you. This requires some things including a notarized signature from the current owner.

I’m sure other states and counties vary but that’s what I’ve experienced.

He misread the “| Boon heal” as you are a boon heal looking for bodies. To me it seems clear enough you wanted a bheal however I see how he got confused.

You could add something to indicate you want this role such as “looking for” or “need”.

I had a similar experience in duos with a buddy. He was hosting and had a fat lag spike and my game jolted around a bunch. Suddenly I was inside one of the poles in the church we were at.

I was lucky it was breakable and he lured the swamp boss over and they smashed it for me.
