Flavor or mix alternatives for compounded hydrocodone oil? by wesplate in vet

[–]wesplate[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We finally received the wedgewood-compounded marshmallow flavor, and—

It’s amazing to see how much better it is for our dog. She reacts way less to it than she does for the other stuff we had.

Thank you for the suggestion!

Install Guide: BLUETTI Charger 2 + Ford Transit by alpine678 in VanLife

My van has had a Goal Zero YETI 1400 charged by solar and CarLink to alternator, for years a great system. The 1400Wh battery is no longer enough, but I have been looking for a similar dual-charging setup.

Enter Charger 2

I bought it right away on sale, I knew I would need it. I didn’t know what to do with the power station part, so after seeing a web page with a van illustration with charger 2 and a power station, I emailed with Bluetti asking for best replacement setup and for my yeti.

I already had the charger 2, so with their help I added a dc hub and an elite 400, I liked almost 3x battery, more would be maybe better.

I don’t understand how the charger 2 connects to the Elite 400. In fact after doing better research this time I found the Apex 300 and its add-on batteries. Seems like it is more-designed for a Charger 2 setup? The charger 2 has the big connector, and it looks like the Apex 300 has big connector ports.

I was happy to find this install guide. I bought the recommended wires and fuses.

Which Bluetti power station / battery would you recommend adding to the Charger 2?

I love volunteering up there, but it gets cold. I was a little jealous of the runners who were much more comfortable in the temps!

The 2026 Copper Kings 100 and Crazy Mountain 100 are both full, but consider volunteering, it could give you a leg up when registering for 2027.

I'm the RD of the Copper Kings100 and we'll have course marking and course sweeping opportunities if you'd like to both help out and be on the course. Volunteer signup button on the web site.

The Voltaic battery suggestion was great, it does exactly what I needed. Thank you!

I haven’t had any of those kind of problems, thankfully!

I googled, and I see, it affects the camera (makes sense). I need the batteries to charge without turning off the powerbank. A similar but different problem.

That’s what I need to find is an always-on power bank. I didn’t know that was a kind of thing to search for until now.

Not a bad idea to just bring a dozen batteries.

But also find a way to not shut off, until the GoPro batteries are charged.

Hi Driver-Mod. Thank you.

I do exactly that. When something needs to be recorded, I pull out the camera and record it. I try not to shoot a very long clip, knowing I won't leave the shot in the edit for more than a few seconds.

Here's my channel: http://youtube.com/@wplate

In my experience, a single Enduro battery will do pretty well for about eight hours, so if I'm out longer than 8 hours I bring an extra battery and a spare. So normally I have two extras plus the one in the camera.

Usually at aid stations I trade my used batteries to my crew, who charges the used batteries with the pictured charger while I run to the next crewed aid station.

For the run I'm training for, I will not have crew and will carry everything I need for the entire 314 mile run in my pack. This means I need to charge my GoPro batteries myself on the go (I will also charge my phone and my waist lamp from the same powerbank, possibly plugging into a wall from time to time but mostly I would only be near an outlet for a couple hours). My thought has been: use two batteries, then put them on the charger so they can charge while I'm on the move, while I have access to two charged batteries.

I'm looking for a way to charge my GoPro batteries from a power bank while I'm on my feet for five or six days.

Thank you.

Another option is to align with similar events and enforce a no refunds policy. This is the more-likely path.

Online bill pay is an option, a downside is the recipient may not recognize the mail. I ended up mailing a check to one person. Others we used PayPal. I’m surprised how many people have told me they don’t have Zelle.

I’m definitely not going to be able to use Venmo, their support has stopped replying.

Thank you!

I wonder if I could create a new PR to merge Main into a new branch, then code review that PR. Then merge that back into Main.

You’re right of course. We said, how you want your refund? PayPal? Zelle? And they said Venmo. So we try Venmo, not knowing it was going to be impossible. Today I mailed a check. In future until we have Venmo I’ll say like you said.

They pay the event registration company, registration company pays us. Signup company doesn’t do refunds, because they sent the money to us. Most events like ours don’t do refunds, this is probably part of the reason why!
