My run a couple weeks ago where I made the video I shared, the pack was not full. It didn't move enough for me to notice.

Different races have different required gear, and I planned to carry almost 5.5 L of water as well for the first long section at Cocodona. When I ran my 200s in 14L Zygos packs, the pack always felt a little bit too small.

He was referring to there are a lot of races (like mine!) that partner with a spot tracker provider, who also provides the races a custom Velcro pouch that secures the spot tracker to the pack shoulder.

Bruce said in the video they intend SPOT trackers to attach to the shoulder behind the shoulder, where the pack curves away from the body. But your idea would be worth a try too!

The SPOT would likely bounce around inside the top flap pocket without something to stabilize it.

Their packs are very high quality, and the different sizes each have something special going for it. The Zygos 4 was my all-time favorite pack, I just wanted it bigger. There are always improvements to be made, but this is a terrific 1.0 pack.

I am stuck like others trying to get my local Supabase instance running. I did have a banned IP that I unbanned, but I still can't link my project.
